There have been many challenges over the years, which the club has endeavored to develop for the benefit of all swimmers. These challenges are ever changing and now we have, for the first time, national initiatives with clear guidelines to take the club forward into the new millennium.
We must look to move forward and provide opportunities to meet the needs and aspirations of the next generation of athlete.
