Congratulations to all that made the trip up to the world record breaking pool of Ponds Forge in Sheffield, Trafford Metro Narrowly missed out on 2nd place in the points score, finishing 3rd overall just 5 points off 2nd place. With 27 clubs competing at Retford’s gala Trafford were strong all the way through the comp with a swimmer in nearly all the heats, every swimmer was cheered all the way through and you could see the swimmers were up for this one, knowing the team could secure a top 3 finish at the break by the end of the Competition Trafford Metro just missed the 2nd spot. The Majority of the swimmers who performed at the Gala came out on top with personal best swims and medals to show their worth. Results are shown in the link below:-
