Georgia Cowgill, one of our National Squad swimmers, competed in her first ever Winter National Championships at Ponds Forge Sheffield on Friday 15 December 2023. Georgia had not PB'd in the 100 fly short course since before the English Summer Nationals when she went 1.06:00 and despite having been ill all week managed to secure an excellent PB of 1.05:30.
