Trafford Metro team put in some tremendous performances to finish in a creditable third place behind eventual winners on the night Isle of Man and second place Carlisle.
It was nip and tuck all the way as the lead passed from one club to the other. We looked generally strong in all areas and our younger swimmers are showing lots of promise. Great to see some of our senior swimmers making the trip back from University to be part of the team too.
Keep training hard and get ready for more competition in Round 2 8th November.
