National Arena Swimming league is a special team competition held every year. Trafford MEtro Swimming Club compete in the Premier league and have never finished better than 7thg in the A Final. This afternoon saw a fantastic team performance that resulted in an incredible and unprecedented 3rd place. Everyone played their part from simmers to coaches, team managers and the red army of parent supporters. I couldn't be prouder of this team especially as it had a number of our Masters including team captain the evergreen Helen Sadler. Great job head coach Craig Ward and the coaching team. Congratulations swimmers, you've just raised the bar!

Big team, family effort from everyone. 3rd place, you have been great, the result was amazing but the energy was great from everyone. The best placing the club has ever done, so well done to all swimmers through the roads, coaches, team managers and now our team of red supports looking amazing in the stands!
