Ben Davidson won the 200m Breaststroke at the end of a long day of racing. A phenomenal race! Also another fantastic final from Ben earned him a Silver medal in the 50 m Breaststroke final. Shaving an impressive 1.5 seconds off his heat time. 38.13!
Also a a great well done to Ptolemy S and the 4x100 Free relay team
