Holly Rowlinson was selected in a 40 strong team of young talent as part of the England Programme's phase 3 talent development. There were 9 other swimmers from the NW region competing at the weekend 9-10th May in this 4 nations meet in Italy.
Holly blitzed the field in the 50m and 100m breastroke winning gold medals and was narrowly pipped into silver in the 200 breastroke. It was a weekend of PB's for Holly and some terrific performances against seriously talented international opposition.
Everyone at Trafford Metro, Swim Trafford and throughout the borough will be hugely proud of Holly's achievements in what is a great way to prepare for regional and Nationals later this year.
