A hard-working season came to an end with a fantastic Trafford Metro representation for Swim Trafford at the English ASA Summer 2015 Nationals: Anna Livermore, Sol Mhar, Conor Bennett, Craig McNeil, Olivia Dykes, Jack O’Brien and Holly Rowlinson
And some fantastic results!
Silver medal for Holly in the 14 years 50m fly. 29.09 awesome job. Conor started his first nationals with a tough 400m Medley swim. Craig came 5th in the final MC 100m free in a new best time. Well done to Olivia on a great swim in the 50m Breast. Just missing the final by 0.5 a second.
Well done Sol and Jack for finishing 4th in the final of the 4x200m free. Just missing a silver medal by 1 second ! And Anna was part of Swim Trafford Women’s 400 m Medley team.
With two more days to go, the Swim Trafford swimmers kept producing great performances. Anna did a great job in the final of the girls 15 years 200m fly winning a silver medal. A time of 2.24; a 4 second best.
Craig continued to produce some excellent swims with a 4th place finish in the final of the MC 200m IM. Then stepping up in the 50m free final to finish 7th in a 29.46.
Super Saturday. Craig won gold in the 400 Free and Conor won a sliver in 1500 Free. Well done to Sol on his 1500m free. True class.
