Youth Sport Trust National Talent Camp
The Youth Sport Trust National Talent Camp is a unique, residential experience which brings together hundreds of the most talented young athletes, coaches and officials from across England
This year's National Talent Camp saw 125 coaches, 125 athletes and 100 officials come together during December to participate in a multi-sport, multi-role, three dimensional camp to increase individual aspiration and ambition whilst developing empathy
Delivered by the Youth Sport Trust, hosted by Loughborough University and funded by Sport England, the camp is globally unique in that it tests and challenges the attendees in an intense multi-sport environment
Craig McNeil attended as a young mentor, with a personal goal to inspire the new cohort of officials to achieve their goals
Through Craig's determination he developed skills which he can carry through to encourage and motivate others
