Well done, Craig !!
First day; at the Commonwealth Pool, Tolcross, Glasgow, Craig swam the 100m Free and 100m Breaststroke. The 100m free was a very good race with a seasons best and just off a personal best, with a 1:03:97.100m Breastroke, Craig got a personal best from the Lancashires last weekend with a time of 1:40:08
Friday, 50m free. 29:02 which was a seasons best and just off his PB; 28.84. 200IM 2:44.18, just off PB; 2:44:01
Saturday. First final of the week with the 100m fly in a awesome time of 1.10
Sunday. Well done to Craig, in the 400m free final finishing 6th. With a pb at 200m
