Day One. Holly Rowlinson started the heats strong equalling her best time in the 50m Breast before swimming the 200m medley. Jack O'Brien dropped 2 seconds on his 200m Medley to swim an impressive 2.08 following up with the 100m Breast just missing his best to swim 65.
Emma Gage proved what a great example she is to all by reaching the B final in the 100m free. Just getting pipped into 2nd by Olympian Ellie Faulkner.
Massive well done to Holly and Jack on day two. Jack gained more experience in the 400m IM equalling his best time and Holly produced an excellent performance in the 200m Breast.
Day 3 at the winter nationals was excellent. Jack O'brien started the session off with a rapid 50m breaststroke finishing in a best time of 30seconds. Jack both PB'd the 100m Medley with Jack finishing with a junior bronze medal. Holly Rowlinson produced a best time in the women's 100m Breast to finish with another junior medal.
Finally Conor Bennett produced a very impressive 1500m free finishing in 16 mins. Gaining more confidence at this level competing with the best in his age group.
Excellent final day for Jack. Jack showed excellent pacing and distance per stroke to drop three seconds on the 200m Breast to finish in a 2.21
